Before I get into telling you how helpful I found “Stay Leaner Longer” I want to give you a brief background of my training history. I have always been an athlete, from gymnastics to soccer, dance, fitness training & MMA for 25 years so I generally take outside advice with a grain of salt.
Two years ago I broke my foot, unable to do any physical activity I got depressed and spiraled into poor diet leading to poor health. Finding JC Deen on the internet one night I decided to give one of his programs a try. I’m now 3 weeks into it and already seeing changes in my physique, improvements to my overall health and my general well-being.
Taking the next natural step I read this book, “Stay Leaner Longer” and found within its pages the encouragement I need to get my head back in the game.
